we had a great 4th (or as my brit friend david calls it 'happy we kicked you out day') this year. we had a bunch of people over to eat and blow things up. my bro and sister in law are here with their clan. my parents came too along with dan and misty and fam (who made this beautiful flag cake which tasted as good as it looked.) all things ended with the traditional city fireworks show. fun day...
