gaucho style
i've been in houston, tx the last week or so on a job. in dallas and houston there are these 'gaucho' brazilian style restaurants called fogo de chao. we went to one tonight and i gotta tell you. they are my favorite restaurants in the world. you basically don't order anything. you get to go to the salad bar first(which is a feast in and of itself), but they the fun begins. you get a coaster looking thing that has red on one side and green on the other. when you flip that card to green people start coming out of the wood work cutting fresh filet, sirloin, pork, chicken all prepared in different ways and each meat tasting amazing.
bottom line: i ate tonight until i felt lightheaded...can you get a buzz from meat?

I don't know about a buzz, but you sure can get GAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well that's just a whole 'nother post
ok, everytime you go to one of these restaurants i get really jealous. this sounds like the perfect restaurant: a place that's like a buffet, but with great food, and the buffet comes to you. wow. that's heaven.

Ahhh, the Macchi boys version of heaven...sitting down and having lots of meat served to them. That's kind of disturbing!
Seth - you have a blog. Waddayaknow?
And FYI: That picture in the post does not look like meat to me...
LOL, he's right...I didn't even notice! That's disgusting!!
