was out spraying weeds this morning...

i was out spraying weeds this morning with elijah. it was kind of cold and drizzly. it started raining a little more and e kept telling me to hurry up because of the rain.

now a little background: we have been listening to a jack johnson cd a lot in the car lately. not because we like it so much, but more because we don't have many other cds in the car. you know how it goes; you want some music but you have the same 5 cds in the car so you just keep listening to the most bearable one. (please note: i do like this cd when i don't listen to it until i want to puke.)

so elijah starts saying "outside it's raining, there's no need to be outside". these are almost direct quotes of the jack johnson lyrics. when i asked him if he was saying words from that song he just smiled at me.

time to change the cd in the car!
